As a teenager in London, I set aside my early interest in art to become a research scientist until reinitiating it in Weymouth in 1989. From there, I took my interest to Australia where I continued drawing and painting, all the time building experience, technique and style, learning from and working alongside professionals. I continued in similar vein on return to UK.

I use several mediums for landscape, seascape, portraiture, figure work and inventive compositions. By nature, I am reflective upon the ordinary human condition and for the future hope to increasingly embrace elements of this in my images. I regard myself as a work in progress (aren’t we all). I would be happy to discuss commissions.
