Artwey member Lyn Kirkland and fellow St George’s Studio Artists will be opening their studios to visitors on the 13th & 14th October. There will be additional work from Lauren Mae Milinery, Pam Du Val prints and Hamish Kirkland reclaimed pallets and driftwood pieces.
Local ceramic artist and Artwey member Belinda Sales is currently exhibiting her ceramic wall art pieces at White Stones Art Cafe on portland. Her work includes unique Raku fired ceramic pictures of Portland lighthouse, Oystercatchers and little fishing trawlers. Belinda joins cafe owner and mosaic artist David Nichols, along with artist Diana Baker and Kathryn Arbon.
Artwey member Lyn Kirkland is exhibiting at Portland Cafe Gallery, White Stones. The Spring Exhibition includes several new Encaustic Wax pieces, layering beeswax, pigments and embellishing with foils. Lyn joins gallery owner David Nicholls, Duncan Park and Mike Rennie. Opens on 5 March until 1 July 2018.
Marshwood Arts Awards exhibition is on at Bridport Arts centre until the 2nd Dec and one of Artwey’s new members, Babs Kirby, is a finalist in the Applied Arts category and has her work on display there. The image is called ‘A Motley Crew’.

A group of artists will be showing work for sale on Saturday and Sunday the 25th and 26th November. A perfect chance to stock up on some gifts from local producers. The studios will be open both days 10am – 5pm.The location is St George’s Studios, Reforne, Portland DT5 2AN
