My wife and I moved to Weymouth in May 2022 after running a hotel for 25 years on the Isle of Wight. Previous to that I taught Art in secondary schools in Swindon and Sunbury on Thames. My education in fine art was at the University of Newcastle on Tyne.
My overriding interest is in portraiture and the depiction of the human figure in general. I paint inoils and also sketch in a number of graphic media. |
