Published: 2nd July 2010

Bill Crumbleholme, one of the Upwey Potters, runs evening classes and workshops for people of all abilities, based at the Upwey Old School Village Hall.

Visit the Upwey Potters website for more information.

Bill specialises in throwing on the wheel, but he also offers Bronze Age Beaker making tuition and also promotes the spectactular Raku Firing.

The classes are held on Monday and Tuesday evenings, both normally have waiting lists.

A flyer can be downloaded below that gives a list of workshop dates and details for the summer of 2010.

Taster sessions are held on occassional Sundays during term times. See the downloadable leaflet and the website for details.

Bill will also arrange sessions for private groups of 6 or more people at mutally convenient times. These sessions are suitable for complete beginners, Inset Training for teachers, Team Building for Businesses and Organisations or even just a Party!

Bill can sometimes be enticed to get on the road and visit other venues with his pottery gear, although he has just downsized to a smaller vehicle!

Contact Bill by email to enquire.
